Frances is a lovely woman who lives in Mount Waverley. She lost her husband recently and has been having a difficult time.

Frances is friendly and talkative, loves to have a coffee and chat. She would love to be in the company of a new friend who can understand her experience if possible and build a friendship.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) supports isolated and lonely people who are receiving aged care services in an aged care home or through a home care package.

The program encourages volunteers to provide friendship and companionship to older people on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
