About Livingwater Care Foundation

Livingwater Care Foundation (LCF) is an Australian Christian not-for-profit organisation established to provide practical care, support and hope to refugees living with disabilities.

LCF's current project activities are based in Malaysia, where we provide practical assistance and support to refugees living with disabilities. LCF is developing its partnerships, fundraising capacity, organisational systems and future programs.

We are now seeking an experienced Volunteer Executive Director to help lead this next stage of development.

About the Role

Working closely with the Founder & President and LCF Committee, the Executive Director will provide operational leadership and help build a stronger, sustainable organisation.

You will help:

• Strengthen LCF's organisational systems and operations.
• Lead and coordinate volunteers and future staff.
• Develop fundraising and financial sustainability strategies.
• Build partnerships with organisations, donors, sponsors and foundations.
• Support strategic planning and organisational growth.
• Develop effective processes, accountability and reporting.
• Help LCF become less dependent on one person through strong teamwork and delegation.

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in an experienced senior leader who wants to use their professional experience for a meaningful cause.

This role may suit:

• Retired or semi-retired CEOs, Executive Directors or General Managers.
• Former NFP/charity leaders.
• Experienced Operations or Senior Managers.
• Community services or social impact leaders.
• Professionals with strong staff/volunteer management experience.
• Leaders experienced in fundraising, partnerships or organisational development.

You do not need to have previously held the title of CEO. Strong leadership, organisational management and a genuine commitment to LCF's Christian mission are what matter most.
