We are looking for a friendly companion to brighten the days of a wonderful gentleman named Charles. If you love a tune, enjoy a good book, or simply appreciate a great conversation, you might be the perfect match to help expand his world!
Charles is a joyful, engaging man who thrives on music and connection. He is looking for a volunteer to share his favorite everyday pleasures, like listening to music, singing along to classic tunes, and watching TV. Your visits can be as relaxed or active as you like, whether you are sitting down for a warm chat inside, reading together, or heading out into the fresh air for a gentle walk.
As an Aged Care Volunteer, your role is simple: just share a connection. Dedicating just one hour each week or fortnight is all it takes to build trust, create a difference, and make lasting memories.
Many of our volunteers join wanting to give back, only to discover they receive just as much joy, warmth, and friendship in return.
