NCC Election Organiser Volunteer

Nature Conservation Council of NSW (Nature NSW) is the state’s peak environment organisation, representing over 200 local, state and national environment organisations in NSW.
The NCC Organising Team will be organising in key seats in the lead up to the 2027 state election, rolling out key campaign events and engaging with the community.
To help deliver our plans for the 2027 State Election, we are looking for dedicated individuals to assist our team with organising.
Position Title: NCC Election Organiser Volunteer
Location: Sydney, NSW
Supervisor Title: Community Organiser
Hours: 0.5 – 1.5 days/week - can be flexible around other commitments
Term: September 2026-March 2027 (6 months)

Position Purpose
The NCC Election Organiser Volunteer will assist with key election events and campaigns for the 2027 State Election.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of events, through research, publicity and logistics
- Draft supporter emails, newsletters or short stories highlighting campaign successes
- Design social media graphics, videos or posts to promote campaigns
- Assist with volunteer coordination and the roll out of campaign tactics.
- Assisting with general organisation and administrative tasks
