Business Development Committee Pharma and Biotech
BPMRI is a world leading longitudinal studies medical research institute and we have an exciting opportunity to work with us.
We are seeking experienced board members and strategic professionals to join our BD Committee on a voluntary basis for a focused 6- to 18-month tenure.
The Committee will advise, guide, and support executive leadership in executing commercial pipelines across four core pillars:
- Biobank Data Licensing & AI Analytics: Developing ethical commercial access frameworks for global pharmaceutical and medtech sponsors.
- Clinical Trials Expansion: Positioning BPMRI as a preferred regional site for Phase II–IV clinical trials and observational sub-studies.
- Health Fund Partnerships: Designing co-funded preventative health and wellness pilot programs with major private health insurers.
- Corporate Health & Screening: Packaging regional workforce health assessments for commercial enterprise clients.
Desired Capabilities & Expertise
We welcome expressions of interest from leaders, board directors and professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Pharmaceutical & MedTech Commercialization: Biobank monetization, IP licensing, or global pharma business development.
- Private Health Insurance (PHI): Executive experience in preventative health programs, member value, or health fund innovation.
- Clinical Trial Operations: Management within Contract Research Organizations (CROs), clinical networks, or trial site management.
- Health Law & Governance: Commercial contracts, IP, data privacy (GDPR/APP), or ethics/HREC compliance.
