We're searching for a dedicated individual to help us make Santa Paws 2026 an unforgettable success. In this crucial role, you'll be helping our Volunteer Coordinator to ensure that everyone is organised, supported, and ready to spread holiday cheer.
What you'll do:
- Help recruit and onboard volunteers: Attract enthusiastic individuals to help with various Santa Paws 2026 activities.
- Schedules: Help to create and manage schedules to ensure all event needs are covered.
- Communicate effectively: Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, providing information and updates.
- Provide support and motivation: Foster a positive and collaborative environment for our volunteer team.
- Email and database: Help manage emails and ensure data entry is up to date.
Time commitment:
This role requires a flexible time commitment, averaging around 5 hours per week initially, increasing to approximately 10 hours per week closer to the event.
