Greek speaking volunteer to visit elderly lady in Sandgate

Share your language (Greek) and companionship during weekly or fortnightly visits with a lonely elderly lady living in an Aged Care Facility in Sandgate.

A chatty volunteer fluent in Greek is requested for this role.

Visits may be spent talking or sharing a simple leisure activity together. Your regular visits can make a real and positive difference in the life of this resident - reducing social isolation and improving well-being.

Volunteers receive training, orientation, ongoing support, travel reimbursement and invitations to meetings together with other visiting volunteers.
