1st Northbridge Cub Scouts and Sea Scouts are looking for enthusiastic adults to join our volunteer leadership team.
Scouting is all about “learning by doing” giving young people the opportunity to build confidence, resilience and leadership skills through hands-on experiences and adventure.
As a Leader, you’ll help support our young people as they learn new skills, challenge themselves, connect with the outdoors and have fun — from sailing and water activities to camping, outdoor adventures and everything in between.
You don’t need any previous Scouting experience! Scouts NSW provides training and support for new Leaders, so you can develop the skills you need along the way.
We’re looking for people who:

🤝 Are reliable, enthusiastic and team-minded
💡 Have skills, experience or simply a willingness to learn
❤️ Want to give something back to their local community
