Into Loving Homes Foundation exists to keep animals out of shelters. Through ethical, home‑to‑home adoption, we help animals move directly from one loving home to another — supported, safe, and cared for every step of the way. LinkedIn plays an important role in helping us reach professionals, supporters, and potential volunteers who align with our mission.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Volunteer LinkedIn Specialist to help us maintain a consistent, warm and professional presence on LinkedIn. This role focuses on sharing our mission, needs and opportunities, not hard selling. You’ll help publish content that already exists across our socials, plus promote our volunteer opportunities (including Seek Volunteer ads), so the right people can find us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Publishing up to 3 LinkedIn posts per week
- Sharing new Seek Volunteer ads to LinkedIn
- Re‑using relevant content from our existing social channels
- Ensuring posts reflect ILHF’s tone, values and mission
- Helping keep LinkedIn content consistent and purposeful
You won’t need to create everything from scratch — we’ll provide guidance, examples, and access to existing content.
This Role Would Suit Someone Who:
- Is comfortable using LinkedIn
- Has a good sense of tone and audience (professional but human)
- Enjoys curating and sharing content rather than heavy creation
- Is reliable and happy working independently
- Cares about animal welfare and ethical rehoming
Time Commitment Approximately 2–3 hours per week, flexible and fully remote.
