The Role:
The People & Performance Administration Volunteer provides administrative support to the People & Performance team, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, compliance, workforce record management, reporting, and peoplerelated projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- People & Performance Administration
- Provide administrative support to the People & Performance (P&P) team.
- Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and other documentation as required.
- Support the maintenance of electronic and hard-copy filing systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide assistance with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and record
Recruitment, Onboarding and Compliance:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration activities for employees and volunteers.
- Support the coordination of pre-employment and volunteer screening requirements, including Blue Cards, National Police Checks, reference checks, and other compliance documentation.
- Assist with preparing onboarding documentation and maintaining onboarding records.
- Assist with employee onboarding administration, including ID badges, desk name tags and related office setup tasks for Nundah-based staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to the mission and values of St John Ambulance Queensland.
Desirable:
- Currently studying or interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or volunteer role.
