Volunteer Facilitator - Women's Social Hub

We're looking for a warm, reliable volunteer to facilitate our new weekly Women's Social Hub at Prahran Place (near Prahran Market)

What the role involves:

• Welcoming attendees each week and helping new members feel comfortable and safe.
• Leading conversation and activities, keeping sessions engaging and on track.
• Planning and organising group-led activities and discussion topics.
• Helping build numbers and grow the group over time.
• Having fun and enjoying yourselves.

What we're looking for:

• A genuine, dependable commitment to the group. Consistency and reliability matters here.
• Experience facilitating groups, or working with women's support groups or similar settings is highly regarded.
• Confidence to take the lead, plan ahead, and keep sessions running smoothly.
• Ability to encourage and empower members.
• Warmth, patience, and strong listening skills.
