Role Purpose

To film and edit high-quality video content for Oot and Aboot Outdoors — capturing our on-camera presenter and bringing Oot's tutorials, how-to guides, and promotional content to life for our digital channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Film video content featuring Oot's on-camera presenter at shoots in Melbourne
  • Edit footage into polished short-form videos suitable for social media and Oot's digital platforms
  • Contribute to Oot's Camp 101 digital toolkit through video production

  • Work within Oot's brand and style guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

  • A quality camera/setup suitable for outdoor and low-light filming
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills

  • Comfort in outdoor environments and willingness to travel to locations across Victoria
  • Reliability — editing and delivering content within a reasonable turnaround
  • A genuine appreciation for LGBTQIA+ inclusive spaces and community storytelling
  • Melbourne-based and able to attend content shoots

What You’ll Get Out of It
