Art Circle Assistant

Assist in setting up tables, chairs and tablecloths prior to the start of session, then wipe down the tablecloths, kitchen and floor at end of session, assist with ticking off names and ensuring all attendees have paid, ensure there is tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits available for the group prior to the start of session, ensure all tea cups or mugs are washed up and put away at the end of the session, assist with arranging and hanging of group exhibition, attend training, meetings and get-togethers
