This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire others, build community connections and help people discover new interests and skills. You don't need to be a professional presenter or teacher—just someone who enjoys sharing what they know in a friendly and welcoming environment. Topics may include:
- Gardening and sustainability
- Arts and crafts
- Photography
- Cooking and baking
- Technology and digital skills
- Local history
- Native plants and wildlife
- Health and wellbeing

- DIY and practical skills
- Hobbies and collections
- Creative pursuits
- Cultural traditions
- Any other skill or passion you'd like to share
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver an engaging presentation, demonstration or workshop.
- Share your knowledge in an inclusive and welcoming way.
- Encourage discussion and questions from participants.
- Work with our team to organise the session.
Skills and experience
- Passion for your chosen topic.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable.
- Comfortable speaking with small groups.
- No formal teaching qualifications are required.
