Volunteering at fundraising events is a fun and flexible way to help bring happiness to sick kids. You'll meet wonderful people, go behind the scenes at some amazing events and make a real difference with each shift.

Roles are varied and depend on the event. You could sell flashing Starlight wands at the footy, help to fundraise at a glamorous Star Ball, or sell raffle tickets at a corporate golf event! Whatever the occasion, as a Starlight Events Volunteer, you’ll bring your sparkle and help make the event a real success.

Requirements to volunteer at our events

• All volunteers must be 18+ years of age

• Great communication skills

• The ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift to assist with volunteer tasks

• A positive attitude and to embrace the Starlight SHINE values
