Community Friend Volunteer; Enjoy games, chats & coffee with Mathew (Werribee)

Do you enjoy connecting with people and making a positive difference in someone’s life? The Community Friend Program (CFP) is looking for a friendly, reliable volunteer to spend time with Mathew!

Mathew is excited about the idea of making a new friend!

Mathew is very easy going, kind, warm and likes a bit of humour. Mathew hopes for someone who can connect with him as a 61 year old.

Mathew enjoys the Cinemas, Jigsaw puzzles, Board games / chess, Museums, Computer games, and good conversations over a coffee.

This role requires 2-3 hours per fortnight *minimum *with a participant in person and a **12 month ***minimum *commitment.

Volunteers must be 18 years or over, undergo a NDIS Worker Screener Check, undergo an international police check if you have lived outside Australia for more than one year in the last 10 years, provide 2 professional referees and provide a fortnightly commitment for a minimum of 12 months.
