About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Volunteer Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to help build meaningful relationships that support our events and programs. This role plays a key part in securing sponsorship opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and creating mutually beneficial collaborations that increase our impact and long-term sustainability.
You’ll help identify, engage, and manage sponsors and partners who align with our mission, ensuring they receive value while contributing to meaningful community outcomes.
What You'll Do

Identify and approach potential sponsors, funding partners, and supporters

Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, organisations, and community stakeholders

Assist in creating sponsorship packages and partnership proposals

Help secure financial and in-kind support for events, programs, and initiatives

Work closely with events, communications, and leadership teams to align partnership opportunities

Manage sponsor communications and ensure partnership commitments are delivered

Provide ideas and insights to strengthen sponsorship strategies and partnership growth

About You

Interest or experience in sponsorship, partnerships, fundraising, business development, or relationship management

Confident communicator who enjoys networking and building connections

Organised, proactive, and comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Aligned with our values and purpose-driven work

Experience with sponsorships, fundraising, events, sales, or CRM tools is a plus (but not required)
