Time of Arrival: Volunteers are kindly requested to arrive between 8:00 AM and 8:15 AM, unless prior arrangements have been made. Volunteer Briefing: All volunteers will be given a briefing at 8:20am at the DSWA Registration/Merchandise Tent. Volunteer Duties: Your support will play a pivotal role in ensuring the event's success. Here are the key volunteer duties:
- Assist with the setup of event areas.
- Direct Parking
- Oversee activity stalls, ensuring participants have a great time.
- Aid in the pack-down and tidying of the event grounds at the conclusion of the event.
- Support with logistics such as rubbish bins, errands, setup, pack up
Volunteers play a pivotal role in the success of our event. All DSWA staff working on the day are also volunteering.
