The Technical Officer must be familiar with both Macintosh and Windows platforms.
Proven experience with various scripting languages (including FileMaker Pro) will be a distinct advantage.
The Technical Officer will be required to undergo training as a phone coordinator and to be on phone duty for 4hrs per week.
