We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic volunteer to join our Social Media Team and assist with the ongoing maintenance of our WordPress website.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digital marketing, social media, content creation, or website management and wants to use their skills to support a meaningful cause.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the general maintenance and updating of our WordPress website
- Uploading and editing content, news, events, and images
- Helping ensure website information remains accurate and current
- Contributing ideas and content for our social media channels
- Working with the Social Media Team to plan and develop engaging online content
- Helping promote our programs, events, and activities through digital platforms
- Identifying opportunities to improve our online presence and community engagement
Skills we're looking for
- Experience with WordPress or a willingness to learn
- Interest in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Good written communication skills
- Creative thinking and a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is desirable but not essential
