Over 45 years of experience providing specialist respite, disability, aged and dementia services across three outer metropolitan NSW local government areas, Myrtle Cottage is poised to expand its person-centred focus to new business opportunities.
Selection Criteria Applicants will have general level of skills and experience in some the following areas:
- Leadership
- Governance
- Strategic and Business Planning
- Business performance (including the ability to understand financials) In addition to the above general Directorship skills:
- Commitment to supporting the objectives of Myrtle Cottage
- Interest in gaining skills and experience in corporate governance, strategy, risk and business performance
- Board committee involvement
