Client Feedback Questionnaire

Can you help IPC Health to run a client feedback questionnaire one morning/afternoon starting this September and continue till early next year.

We need volunteers at the Altona Meadows campus.

To succeed, you will need

• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated understanding and respect for our diverse communities
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with clients and staff of IPC Health 
• Willingness to work autonomously to support clients
• Friendly and adaptable communication skills including active listening skills   
• Ability to speak, read and write in English  
• Patience and flexibility  
• Empathy and compassion
• Willingness to undergo national police check organised and paid for by IPC Health
• Evidence of flu, measles mumps rubella, pertussis, varicella, hepatitis B vaccinations or serology.
