Volunteer Opportunity: Auxiliary & Fundraising Volunteer
Do you enjoy meeting people, helping at community events, and making a difference for older people?
St Andrew's Village Ballina is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our auxiliary fundraising activities. The St Andrew's Auxiliary plays an important role in enhancing the lives of residents by raising funds for activities, and special projects that benefit and support the independence within our aged care community.
As a volunteer, you may assist with fundraising events, raffles, stalls, community activities, and special functions throughout the year. Whether you're helping sell raffle tickets, setting up for events, welcoming guests, or lending a hand behind the scenes, your support helps create enjoyable experiences for residents while raising valuable funds for our St Andrews community.
This rewarding role is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, connecting with the community, and contributing to a worthwhile cause. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to help and a positive attitude.
This volunteer role may be suitable for people looking to meet Centrelink mutual obligation requirements through approved parttime volunteer work. Volunteering with St Andrew's Retirement Villages provides a rewarding opportunity to gain experience, develop valuable skills, and make a positive contribution to the lives of older residents. If you are interested in knowing more about the mutual obligation program and how this could benefit you, contact us or discuss your circumstances with us and your employment services provider.
Every raffle ticket sold, every event supported, and every helping hand makes a difference.
