Communication and Relationships

• Maintain respectful communication with athletes, families/carers, volunteers and SOA.

• Represent the Sub-Program in relevant SOA discussions or forums as required.

• Support timely, clear and consistent information-sharing across the Sub-Program's jurisdiction.

• Contribute to positive and cooperative working relationships within the Committee.

• Works collaboratively with relevant SOA staff to support aligned planning, communication and delivery of Sub-Program activities.

Governance and Accreditation

• Support Committee activities to follow SOA safeguarding, conduct, finance and risk policies.

• Contribute to meeting Accreditation Licence requirements, including documentation and review processes.

• Promote transparent record-keeping and appropriate use of SOA systems.

• Identify and escalate risks or issues promptly in line with SOA expectations.

Role-Specific Responsibilities — Finance Officer

• Maintain accurate records of income and expenditure.

• Prepare simple financial reports for Committee meetings.

• Support annual budget planning in collaboration with the Chair.

• Process payments, receipts and invoices in line with SOA processes.

• Store all financial documents securely in approved systems.
