
Key Duties
- Conduct internal audits to ensure teams are completing required paperwork and that all documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Complete referee checks for new volunteers, staff, and program participants.
- Maintain and update our Business Management System, ensuring records, training logs, and compliance documents are current.
- Contact partner organisations, community groups, and service providers to share information about our programs and strengthen collaborative relationships.
- Assist with general administrative tasks that support the smooth running of our charity programs and camps.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with documents, checklists, and compliance processes.
- Good communication skills, especially when speaking with referees or external organisations.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills; experience with databases or management systems is helpful but not essential — training is provided.
- A positive, reliable, and organised approach to volunteering.
