We’re looking for a passionate and organised Volunteer Recruitment Practitioner to help us grow and support our incredible volunteer network across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coordinating processes, and contributing to meaningful social impact.

About the Role

As a Volunteer Recruitment Practitioner, you will play a key role in attracting, guiding, and onboarding volunteers into meaningful opportunities within 4 Voices.

You’ll support applicants through the recruitment and training process while ensuring a positive and professional experience from first contact through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming volunteer applications
  • Guide applicants through registration and required online training
  • Monitor and track volunteer progress from application to induction completion
  • Maintain and update SEEK advertisements for allocated regions/voices
  • Manage candidate movement through recruitment stages
  • Send recruitment communications and onboarding information to applicants and leaders
  • Support successful applicants transitioning into volunteer roles
  • Issue volunteer agreements and letters of appointment following training completion
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and placement tracking

About You

You are:

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using email and basic digital systems
  • Able to work independently within a remote team environment
  • Passionate about community impact and volunteer engagement

Experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or interviewing is desirable but not essential.
