Help Build a New Diabetes Community – Secretary Opportunity

We're building something new, and we're looking for someone who would enjoy helping us build it well.

The NSW Diabetes Lions Club is being established to bring together people affected by diabetes, families and carers, healthcare professionals and community supporters to create practical service across NSW.

We're looking for a potential Club Secretary who is organised, reliable and comfortable communicating with people.

You don't need to have diabetes, and you don't need previous Lions experience. We'll explain the Lions side and support you as you learn.

What matters more is that you believe in what we're trying to create and would enjoy being part of a small team shaping a new organisation from its beginning.

The role will involve club administration, records and correspondence, but it also provides the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape how the Club develops.

Participation is designed to be flexible, with much of the routine administration and communication able to occur digitally.
