Facebook Marketing Lead

**About Us ** Circle Paints opened its doors in February 2023. We now have thousands of litres of interior and exterior paints in stock, and we're building a loyal following in the mural painting and No Waste networks of Sydney.

What this role involves We need help raising awareness of our social enterprise. We can't afford Google Ads, so most of our new customers find out that we exist through word of mouth or posts in local Facebook groups. Relatively few people follow our accounts, so posts on our accounts aren't seen by enough people.

Group rules mean that we are only allowed to post in most Facebook groups on a Tuesday or Thursday and we're often too busy hauling paint or helping customers to do posts on those days.

Who would this role suit? This role would suit anyone who is confident using a computer, and either knows their way around Facebook or can quickly learn how to use it (we admit that it's a bit confusing).

We are looking for someone who will commit to a minimum of 3 months to ensure continuity and effectiveness in the role.
