SDCH Collective Leader

Seymour & District Community House is seeking a community-minded and enthusiastic volunteer to lead the SDCH Collective.

The SDCH Collective brings local people together to share ideas, provide feedback, identify local opportunities and get involved in volunteering, events and activities.

As the SDCH Collective Leader, you will coordinate and support Collective members, facilitate monthly workshop meetings, encourage participation and help members turn ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SDCH Collective members.
• Facilitate regular meetings and discussions.
• Encourage members to share ideas, feedback and community insights.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities, events and community activities.
• Match members with opportunities based on their interests and skills.
• Encourage new members and community participation.
• Communicate Collective ideas and feedback to SDCH.
• Work with members to help plan and deliver community initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable, a good communicator and passionate about bringing community together.

Previous leadership or committee experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for community and your ability to encourage and support others.

Help lead the SDCH Collective and create opportunities for local people to connect, contribute and make a difference.
