COMMITTEE TREASURER

Chefs' Long Table Charity Lunch (CLTCL) is seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join our Executive Board as Treasurer.

This is an opportunity to contribute your financial skills and experience to one of the South West’s much-loved charity events, working alongside a passionate volunteer committee to support our fundraising efforts and the local organisations and causes that benefit from them.

As Treasurer, you will be a key member of the CLTCL Executive Board and provide hands-on responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial administration of Chefs' Long Table Charity Lunch.

The successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day financial processing and maintenance of the accounts, including things such as:

• processing and coding transactions/invoices
• completing bank reconciliations
• maintaining the asset register and processing depreciation
• maintaining accurate financial records
• producing monthly financial reports for the Committee
• developing and monitoring budgets and cash flow
• liaising with the auditor and providing information required for the annual audit
• managing year-end financial tasks and reporting
• undertaking general MYOB/accounting administration
