A rewarding role helping residents connect, reminisce, and enjoy jigsaw puzzles in a relaxed and friendly setting.

Help create a welcoming space where residents can gather over a shared love of puzzles, conversation, and companionship. By encouraging resident participation and celebrating individual abilities, you'll help residents feel included, valued, and confident as they work together towards a common goal.

Celebrate completed puzzles and enjoy the satisfaction of watching scattered pieces come together, one piece at a time. Along the way, you'll help spark memories, foster connection, build confidence, and create meaningful moments of friendship, achievement, and fun. 💛🧩

HammondCare

HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
