Volunteer when it suits you and help someone stay connected to the people and places that matter.
This volunteer role supports NINA's Individual Client Transport service, providing one-to-one transport for older people in our community who may otherwise find it difficult to get out and about.
Trips may include medical appointments, shopping, social activities or other essential local journeys. Just as importantly, you'll often provide some conversation and connection along the way.
You choose when you're available.
Whether you can help for an hour here and there, a regular day, or occasionally when you have time, we'll work around what suits you!
You'll be helping with:
- Driving clients to and from appointments and activities
- Providing friendly, respectful support
- Helping clients remain independent and connected to their community
