Digital Confidence Coach

You’ll provide one-on-one support to residents in their homes, helping them learn at their own pace. Whether it’s navigating a computer, learning how to use email or simply becoming more comfortable with technology, your support could make a real difference to someone’s independence and confidence.
🌟 What you’ll be doing: Providing one-on-one assistance with basic computer skills Helping residents learn and use email Explaining things clearly and patiently Supporting residents to become more confident using technology Creating a friendly and encouraging learning experience
💻 What are they looking for?
You don’t need to be a professional teacher! They’re looking for someone who:
Has good basic computer skills Is confident using email Is patient, friendly and approachable Enjoys helping others learn Can explain technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way
📋 Requirements:
National Police Clearance required.
⏰ Time commitment:
Sessions will be approximately 1–2 hours, with the opportunity to volunteer as much as you are comfortable with.
🎓 Training:
RAAFA induction will be provided.
