This volunteer opportunity will help to welcome clients to the services, take phone calls from clients and other agencies, assist with basic administrative functions and help the office run smoothly 

 

This volunteer role will help to support the delivery of services by assisting with a range of reception and administrative tasks. The primary focus of this role is to provide a positive and professional connection for the people we serve, visitors, staff and volunteers.  This may be in person, or by telephone. Additionally, this opportunity will provide general administrative support to the programs and services in the office. 

 

📍Location: Family Services | FaDS Primary School Court Maroochydore Site, L1, 43-45 Primary School Court, Maroochydore 4558 

 

đŸ‘‰đŸŒ About Us: Maroochydore site has a number of different programs and different workers. This role makes clients feel warmly welcome while they wait for their appointments, and covers phone calls when others are unavailable. The office is modern, airconditioned and exciting with it's variety of services and staff.

 â–Ș Meet and greet all visitors 

â–Ș Receive incoming calls 

â–Ș Connecting enquiries to relevant staff 

â–Ș Appointment bookings and cancellations 

â–Ș Document collation and circulation 

â–Ș Record keeping, archiving and data entry 

â–Ș Room bookings and preparations

☑ Skills and experience important for this role include: 

â–Ș Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Work.
