The Executive Assistant at PMI Queensland Chapter aids the CEO in facilitating chapter operations through coordination and administrative support.

Duties

Key duties of the Executive Assistant will include:

· CEO's Wingperson: Manage the CEO chedule like a pro, ensuring they’re in the right place at the right time (mostly all virtually, even sneak in a virtual coffee break!).
· Communication Wizard: Be the go-to liaison between our CEO and the leadership
team, making sure everyone’s on the same page and having a good time.
· Project Superhero: Dive into various projects and initiatives, helping to drive our mission forward while showing off your skills and creativity.
· Document Dynamo: Create engaging presentations and reports that not only inform but also inspire action (with a sprinkle of your unique flair!).
· Team Cheerleader: Support our leadership team whenever needed, making meetings enjoyable and tracking action items like a champ.

Experience

  1. Understanding of executive administration and organisational processes
  2. Knowledge of project management principles
  3. Familiarity with industry trends

Education & Training

Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, administration, or equivalent
