Volunteers are at the heart of our stores so we're seeking people who can commit to a regular weekly shift of 3 to 4 hours. If you're available on Saturday afternoons or during the day on Sunday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, we'd be especially keen to hear from you!
What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
As part of your regular shift each week, you'll help keep our shop running smoothly by:
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive shopping experience
- Processing sales through the point of sale system, including cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Sorting, preparing and pricing quality pre-loved clothing and accessories
- Creating stylish and eye-catching displays that showcase fashion and inspire shoppers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting store environment

- Have an interest in fashion, sustainable shopping, or giving pre-loved items a second life
- Can commit to a regular weekly shift
- Are friendly, positive and approachable
- Communicate with others in a respectful and kind manner

- Are at least 15 years of age (16 years of age in QLD)
