Join Tour de Cure's biggest walk of the year!
Can4Cancer Walk is one of Tour de Cure's largest and most inspiring community fundraising events, bringing together hundreds of participants to support vital cancer research, support and prevention programs.
With an electric atmosphere, a passionate community, and plenty of smiles along the way, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a truly meaningful day while meeting great people and gaining valuable event experience.
We're currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:
Bike Marshals
Help guide walkers safely along the course and provide a visible presence along the route.
You'll need:
- Your own bicycle and helmet
- Confidence riding in shared public spaces
- A friendly and proactive attitude
Recreational riders are very welcome.
Route Marshals
Be at the heart of the event by supporting participants throughout the course.
Duties may include:
- Directing walkers
- Assisting at crossing points
- Helping with refreshments and water stations
- Handing out ice creams and treats
- Creating an encouraging atmosphere for participants
Medical & First Aid Volunteers
Help ensure the wellbeing of participants and volunteers during the event.
Roles are available both:
- On foot
- On bicycle
Relevant first aid or medical qualifications are required.
