Volunteer Coordinator

Role Purpose: The Volunteer Coordinator (Volunteer) plays a key role in supporting Grab Life’s mission by helping recruit, welcome, support and retain volunteers across programs and events. This role helps create a positive, connected and safe volunteering experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and onboarding of volunteers Maintain regular, friendly communication with volunteers Assist with volunteer inductions and basic training coordination Support volunteer placement into suitable roles Help foster a positive, inclusive volunteer culture Maintain basic volunteer records and compliance checks Support programs and events as needed

Skills & Experience: Strong communication and people skills Organised and reliable Comfortable working with community members and volunteers Alignment with Grab Life values Experience with volunteers or community groups (desirable, not essential)
