At GCG Headquarters, the Recruitment Associate is a vital support role within GCG’s HQ People & Culture team, working closely with the Head of Recruitment to deliver smooth, consistent, and high-quality hiring processes across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Prepare Position Descriptions using Canva templates, set up role requisitions, and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communications to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate Onboarding: Help prepare and conduct onboarding sessions, schedule introductions, and support new hires as they transition into their roles.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Support the refinement of recruitment workflows, documentation, and templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness

To be a successful Candidate, you will:

  • Be passionate about social impact
  • Be able to contribute 3-5 hours per week
  • Be a proactive learner who takes initiative, asks questions and learns from feedback
  • Be a strong communicator who can manage stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Have experience supporting people-focused processes and administrative tasks
