☎️ Phone Team Leader Wildlife Hotline -Remote volunteer position

This is a fully remote volunteer position, allowing you to contribute from home while helping maintain a responsive and well-organised hotline service.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll provide support to Phone Operators, assist with rostering and help ensure volunteers have the guidance and resources they need to feel confident in their role.

🤝 What You'll Do

✅ Support and guide Phone Operators during their shifts

✅ Be available to answer occasional questions and provide guidance via text message

✅ Coordinate operator availability and assist with rostering

✅ Help operators manage difficult, unusual or unclear calls

✅ Support the induction and ongoing development of new operators

✅ Maintain clear procedures, resources and reference materials

✅ Identify opportunities to improve hotline operations

✅ Liaise with the Operations Manager on significant operational matters

✅ Optionally assist with answering Wildlife Hotline calls (not essential)
