As a Finish Line volunteer at the 2026 Perth Running Festival, you'll help thousands of Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km and 4km runners celebrate crossing the line at Optus Stadium, Northern Oval, on Sunday 11 October.
You'll join the wider Finish Line team, handing out medals to finishers, directing runners safely through the clearance area, and giving out water and snacks the moment they cross the line. It's high energy, rewarding work right at the heart of the action, where every "thank you" and tired smile reminds you why you showed up.
Every volunteer on the Finish Line team helps the Perth Running Festival run smoothly and supports Telethon, raising vital funds for sick and disabled children across Western Australia. Your shift gives finishers the send off they'll remember, and helps a cause that matters to the whole state.
Shifts run from 7:00am to 1:00pm. No experience is needed, just energy and a love of celebrating other people's achievements. Read on to find out more and register for your spot on the team.
