Within a month- After signing on, we may direct you to a team leader for a particular area. Linda will be comms, Patty will be car park and bump in. Ash will be logistics, and Wayne is Mr. Music.
- As the stall holders arrive, they will be set into a different lane of traffic. This is where they will be checked in, and power etc organised with them. All easy. Each Stall holder has their own numbered site. It should be sent out to them a couple of day before the event, so they will know where they are going. After that, if you would like to help them put up tents and tables, that is excellent!
