Volunteer Recruitment Officer - Marine Rescue Communications Support (Work from home)

What you’ll do

Working with the MRCS Vice Commander and our HR, Training and leadership teams, you will:

• Coordinate approved volunteer recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare and publish engaging volunteer opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries and guide applicants through the recruitment process.
• Organise online information sessions, interviews and assessment panels.
• Keep candidates informed and supported throughout their application.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment materials.
• Coordinate the handover of successful applicants to HR and Training.
• Help us continually improve the recruitment and candidate experience.

You will coordinate the process, but you won’t be expected to make appointment decisions alone or take responsibility for HR administration and training delivery.
