The Koala Hospital is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our Governance, Audit & Risk Board Sub-Committee. This committee plays a vital role in ensuring strong financial oversight, risk management, and compliance—helping us keep our mission on track. You’ll contribute to decisions that safeguard the future of koalas and the sustainability of our organisation.

What’s involved?

· Reviewing finances, audits, and key governance matters

· Overseeing risk management strategies

· Meeting quarterly to provide advice and recommendations to the board

Who are we looking for?

· Individuals with experience or qualifications in finance, governance, or law

· And people with an interest in Koala Conservation
