Brookview Aged Care Community is seeking talented volunteer pianists and musicians to bring joy, connection and entertainment to our residents through live music performances and sing-alongs.
Whether you enjoy playing classic favourites, contemporary tunes, or creating opportunities for residents to sing and reminisce, your contribution can brighten someone's day and create lasting memories.
As a Volunteer Musician, you will:
- Perform live music for residents in a welcoming community setting
- Encourage residents to participate in sing-alongs and musical activities
- Help create enjoyable and engaging social experiences
- Share your passion for music while building meaningful connections
We're looking for volunteers who are:
- Friendly, reliable and compassionate
- Confident playing piano or another musical instrument
- Comfortable engaging with older people in a group setting
- Passionate about bringing joy through music
Time Commitment Flexible opportunities are available throughout the week, with performances arranged in consultation with our Lifestyle Team.
