Middle Park FC is seeking expressions of interest for our Senior Men’s (State League 3) Coach for the 2027 season.
We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic coach to lead our Senior Men’s program and help drive a positive, competitive culture at the Parkers.
The Role
- Leading two training sessions per week. Our main pitch is at Albert Park Reserve (Pitch 16). We may also train at other grounds at the Reserve, or JL Murphy or Lagoon Reserve in Port Melbourne.
- Saturday match days (approx. 12–6pm)
- Team selection, tactics & match preparation
- Player recruitment, retention & development
- Organising pre-season friendlies
- Setting strong standards and team culture
- Working alongside our Reserves Coach and Seniors Director to develop the Senior program, and with our Juniors & Seniors Directors on our junior pathways program.
This is a volunteer position and a great opportunity for an experienced coach or someone ready to take the next step into senior coaching.
