Share a Cuppa, a Conversation and a Smile...

Could you brighten someone's week with a simple visit and a friendly chat?

An older lady living independently in her home in St Leonards would love the company of a caring volunteer for a 30-minute social visit each week or fortnight. Over a cup of tea, you might share stories, chat about life, family, faith, or simply enjoy the comfort of good company.

🙏 Her Christian faith is an important part of her life, and she enjoys conversations that reflect her values and beliefs. A volunteer who is respectful of and comfortable engaging in faith-based conversations may help foster a meaningful connection.

💛 More than anything, we're looking for someone who is kind, patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys spending time with older people. No special experience is needed, just a listening ear, a warm heart, and a willingness to build a genuine friendship.

🌼 Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can give is our time. A simple visit can bring comfort, connection, and something both of you can look forward to each week. Could you be the friendly face she's hoping to meet?
