Cherri Radio is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team in a range of exciting roles including: Presenters and Social Media Promoters. Whether you're into music, storytelling and community outreach this is your chance to get involved in grassroots radio and make a lasting impact.
Key Duties
Depending on your chosen role, you may be involved in:
Presenters / Hosts:
- Researching and planning radio show content
- Hosting live or pre-recorded broadcasts
- Interviewing local guests, artists, or community figures
- Creating engaging, inclusive, and original content
- Operating broadcasting equipment (training provided)
No prior experience is necessary! We're here to train and support you. However, you may find this opportunity especially rewarding if you are:
- A confident communicator or storyteller
- Passionate about music, media, or community issues
- Tech-curious and keen to learn digital tools
- Reliable and able to manage your time
- A people-person with strong teamwork skills
