Coffs Community and Volunteer Centre (CCVC) is a local hub that helps people find information, connect with services and get involved in community life. We work to strengthen local wellbeing by linking people with practical support and meaningful ways to contribute.
What you'll do
- Update and maintain volunteer, applicant and placement records
- Manage appointment bookings, intake scheduling, call and email enquiries
- Keep registers, files and the live vacancy list accurate and current
- Create and refresh job listings on SEEK Volunteer and other platforms
- Find and organise information for reports and other tasks
- Learn new software and digital tools, and support others to use them
- Share ideas for improving processes and ways of working
What we're looking for:
- Familiarity with everyday computer programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A careful, organised approach to handling information
- Willingness to refresh existing skills and try unfamiliar software
- Someone who asks questions when unsure and takes the time to learn
- The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- An interest in supporting community volunteering—curiosity about databases, systems or helping others use technology is welcome too
