• Customer service - help shoppers with their questions

• Be Reliable - turn up for shifts, sort donations, complete tasks around the Shop
• Maintain a Sense of humour - locals love to have a chat and so do your colleagues
• Be Creativity - create fun and interest displays to attract customers
• Be Organised - complete tasks quickly and efficiently, like sorting donations
• Mending / fixing clothes ready for sale
